The Village Coffee Roastery is one of the oldest independent coffee shops in Arizona. Through a unique combination of science and technology, Village Coffee has a proud history of producing an exceptionally tasting coffee that can be reproduced with 99% accuracy. Over the last decade, Village Coffee has experimented with the finest Arabica beans from across the world, capturing the natural essences of the regions from which they’ve been sourced.

Originally opened by Craig Sellman, a Chemist, this inconspicuous gathering place was the first coffee shop in the united states to employ the use of technology in order to reduce human error. By isolating the chemical compounds that make roasted coffee an irresistible beverage, they have discovered how to implement processes that will harness the natural sugars and enzymes in the beans, making the flavors jump right out of the cup.

Now owned by a veteran restaurateur, Lisa Stroud, Village Coffee is one of twelve coffee shops in the entire world to practice these unique methods and has been recognized by the Specialty Coffee Association of America.
