What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
There aren’t many guarantees in life, but we will promise you this: If the “Favorite” that you have purchased isn’t up to snuff in any way, please let us know. We will work with our restaurant and shipping partners to ensure that we make it right. This promise includes no hassles, no nameless supervisors, and no need to send the product back to us.
The Taste It Again crew believes in meaningful customer service because we’re customers, too. So, if there’s anything that you need us to do better, we look forward to having the opportunity.
What is your return policy?
Given the nature of what we ship (mostly food), we’re not going to be able to take any product returns. This ensures the safety and quality of the restaurant "Favorites" that you buy. Whatever the issue may be, we’re willing to fulfill our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – even if it means a refund or shipping it again.
Can I recommend a restaurant?

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
How soon will I receive my package?
Some products have to be shipped overnight, but most of our products will ship via ground carriers and you should receive your “Favorites” within 2-3 business days.
How do I get removed from your email list? Mail list?
All of our emails contain an “opt-out” line to unsubscribe
